You will get the best flowers in full sun. Buddleja davidii Harlequin is a fast growing shrub which bears panicles of fragrant, red-purple flowers that are very attractive to butterflies. It is a woody plant that has yellow and green variegated foliage with spectacular blooms being borne in summer.
