“ordered 5 Laurels for a small hedge by my patio area they arrived in two tall boxes great quality fast delivery would highly recommend The only thing I would say they could have been packaged better they were a bit squashed together in the box’s but other then that very happy with them Will buy from you again”

“The plants are of good quality. However the delivery man was unfortunately unhelpful, and unprofessional. He refused to enter the drive with his van to deliver the heavy pallet in front of the house at the kerb as per terms of the company. He said he cannot turn his van round if he entered the drive. The drive that leads to the house is 40 meters long and 5 meters wide. The area in front of the house is large area and we explained to him that much bigger vehicles entered the drive for deliveries with no problems. The turning area is adequate. We explained to him that fire brigade can enters the drive and turn round in front of the house. However he decided to unload the pallet from his van and pull it manually through the drive. He obviously get tired and left the pallet on the drive that is shared drive. He had also arguments with neighbours. Someone which I presume a secretary from the company rang me and I explained all the above to her. She said she will ring the driver and come back to me. The driver did not deliver the package to us as per agreement and left in on the drive and the secretary did not ring me back either. Disappointed.”
