“Ordered £2,000 worth of hedging which the delivery men left at the top of a long driveway on neighbouring land. No phone call just a text to say it had been dumped and they had gone. Called the suppliers and didn’t get the promised phone call to discuss the matter. Will not be back .... shame .... it is to be a large and worthy project for your buisness”

“Plants were not planted in pots correctly or with care I had to completely replant one of the pots, which defeated the whole purpose of buying it ready planted. One of the plants started dying already although they are being looked after on line with care needs. Trying to save. The plants are a lot shorter than in ad photo. Delivery company DPD - they only deliver to the front of your house and left the dirty pallet with me (said it’s not contract to take it back). The soil ruined the front of our house and I had to dispose of a pallet myself. I have photos to prove all the above.”
