Read Grasslands Nursery Reviews

Parthenocissus are vigorous deciduous climbers with either tendrils or disk-like suckers, and lobed or palmate leaves which often colour brilliantly in autumn. Inconspicuous green flowers are sometimes followed by attractive blue or black berries. A very hardy climber that depending on the variety and the right soil condition could reach up to 12m with a spread of 4-8m over a ten year period. Propagate by layering or hardwood cuttings. For the best autumn colour, site in partial shade or full shade. It thrives in any fertile, well-drained soil. Prune most varieties in early winter. Parthenocissus Tricuspidata Robusta also known as boston ivy  is a vigorous, self-clinging large deciduous climber. The leaves are mostly ovate or three-lobed, that are green  turning brilliant crimson and purple in autumn

Disappointed, not like the picture, no leaves on plant, stem broke off when taken out of the packaging. I’m left with what looks like a root. I have planted it so shall see what happens.

I bought my Boston Ivy this January, kept it indoors in a shed until the frosts were over, and planted it next to the house a couple of weeks ago. It looked completely dead and is now so. I have other Boston Ivy plays that are sprouting.
