“Poor quality bamboos with hardy any leaves on them with some dead branches & weeds growing out the pot so certainly not worth the price. They wouldn’t screen a thing like they are supposed too! Customer service just make excuses & I wanted to return them for a refund or at least receive a discount but they don’t want to know. Told me they are young plants with canes still to come through. That’s all well & good but if they are young they shouldn’t be charging £135 each for them & at 3-3.5m they are already quite established to me. You can buy cheaper bamboos elsewhere that are better I am very disappointed with my order.”
