Fagus - Green beech is a dense hedge with attractive green leaves that change to bronze / brown and holds on to some of these through winter. Fagus are a rewarding hedge and do look good, It is excellent for bring wildlife into the garden as they do tend to nest inside. Again it is happy in most sites apart from sitting wet.
