Pieris Japonica are They are naturally found in forests but grow well in a border or woodland garden. Pieris have elliptic, glossy, mid-green leaves and panicles of urn-shaped flowers. Pieris requires acidic moist, well drained soil and can thrive best in sun or light shade. Pieris forest flame has Brilliant red shoots every time they flush new growth. The produce white flowers early spring. They can reach 2.5-4 metres.
