“Tree arrived in reasonable condition, but slightly dried out/scorched on one side. Leaves considerably smaller than the impression given in the website photo, and already red in colour despite it only being the end of May (description says new foliage is green). Tree should have qualified for free delivery, but had to pay a "courier surcharge" of £50 due to my location (only 50 miles from nursery). I was given less than 1 day notification about delivery, and courier simply left it outside the house without ensuringI had physicallytaken delivery (even allowing for covid restrictions, not great)”
