“Very poor customer service and communication. When I ordered this product they were advertised as 7 day delivery at checkout. Following purchase I received an email stating that the delivery will be in 10 working days. I emailed the company support address, with a note for delivery (where to leave it) as I would not be home. 10 days had past with no delivery. A few days later I had a reply stating that this product had been refunded due to stock shortages. I am certain that if I had not emailed them I would not have been informed of the refund.”
