“if there was iodine and greter d3 and k2 i would give 5 stars as it this has almost all nutrients needed in a multivitamin as dr fuhrman says folic acid is cancer causing and this is the only multivitamin i can find without cacner causing folic acid which idr fuhrman specifically warns against so this has the benefits without the toxic vitamin a and folic acid but with not toxic levels too high also which is good according to dr fuhemans reccomendations”
