“This system is good and I'm very glad we have it. We like the stainless steel housings and are able to keep it outside or just inside our wet bay. I just would like to also be able to get the refill filters from amazon also. Those must be gotten directly from the vendor or one of their specified affiliates.”

“This filter has a stainless container for the filter, a plastic filter head, and an anodized aluminum bracket. It's not all stainless steel. I ordered this to use under the sink on my cruising sailboat. I don't have room for a multi filter unit, and mainly just wanted a charcoal filter to reduce the chlorine taste and smell from the water coming from the tank. The single filter ships with their claimed ".2 micron" cartridge, which are available singly. This is only a particulate filter, however - it contains no other layers or materials and doesn't change taste or smell. The company does sell activated charcoal cartridges, but they're only sold in a filter set for their multiple filter units - they will not sell a carbon "tasty" filter separately. I've returned the unit as I will not purchase filter sets only to trash the units I cannot use”

“Installation was easy. A couple screws, some PEX plumbing and your done. I installed it when the city water first comes into my 5thh wheel because even though it's kind of a waste, I would rather know that I am using purified water on all the plumbing fixtures. Really well built, doesn't look/feel cheap or plastic. My wife isn't a fan of the taste but don't let that affect your decision since she doesn't even like certain brands of bottled water!! The best part, when our RV part puts out a boil water notice I don't have to work about since the filter technology that the Blu Tech Trio uses is so high”
