“This was a gift for my dad's 50th birthday. He really enjoyed the whisky and had a wee nip while watching Scotland play in the Euros and it's a nice momento to have. However, the actual ordering of it, particularly the communication could have been much better. My order confirmation said delivery would be 10 working days but the whisky wasn't actually bottled until beyond this, meaning it wasn't ever going to be here within the stated time, or on time for my dad's birthday, even though I ordered in plenty of time. This could've been made much clearer as I only discovered this when I emailed to say it was over the 10 days and received an out of office that said it. This bottle was also advertised in a nice black box, but arrived boxless in an inflated plastic case - again it could be a bit clearer as it wasn't a great presentation for a special gift.”
