These Siegenia Si Aubi tilt & slide patio door gliders often fail by breaking in half but can easily be replaced. Sliders guide the door into position & when they fail they should be replaced immediately as there is a risk that the patio door will detach from the top track. To prevent uneven wear it is imperative that both gliders are replaced at the same time and therefore these are sold in pairs complete with a lock key.
Siegenia Si Aubi Tilt & Slide patio door glider are easily replaced by removing screws from three quarters of top track and easing it out past the rebate, you can then remove the broken ones and slide in your new replacements.
