“My favorite rashguard. My measurements fall within the medium range of the size guide but I sized up to the large because I find rashguards are very snug. The large fits me like a glove. I don't have to worry about it riding up while I'm rolling. It feels good. I love the v-neck at the top - other rashguards feel like they are choking me. This one is perfect. (I'm 5'6, 156 lbs.. typically wear small or medium shirts).”
“These are definitely the best BJJ rash guards for women you can get. I've got rash guards from shoyoroll, hyperfly, kingz, xmartial, origin,j & gaidama. Gaidama makes the best rash guards for women. It's really not even close.
- It's got a v-neck which will help you not loot so boxy.
- It's form-fitting to women. I'm not sure how much effort went into making these custom form fitting to a more average woman, but it's clear they've put the work in to do it because nothing else comes close to fitting as well as the gaidamas rash guards do.
It's all I wear now. I sold all the other ones lol
My only complaint is the same complaint I have with all rash guards & it's also why John Danaher cuts off the bottom 3-4" on the sleeves of his rash guards. With a full length rash guard you can't feel the bite of a heel hook as good because you don't have skin-to-skin contact. I wish someone would make a heel hook rashguard where the bottom 3-4" is tailored off.”
“I usually wear small but in the avant garde rashguards, I always get medium. Just because it's a tighter fit than regular rashguards :) But I love my avant garde rashguards so much! This long sleeve is my favorite in cooler temps!”
