“Ridiculously easy to clean and all parts feel extremely high quality. It's nice and quiet so it doesn't spook our new cats, and the sensor and timer modes are easy to toggle between. We usually set it to timer during the day to preserve battery, and sensor at night so it doesn't come on and light up when the cats are sleeping. A full charge lasts us about a week and it recharges easily and quickly. The instructions are super clear and the deal for extra filters on top of the ceramic pieces makes this a much better deal than any other wireless car fountain on the market that I've found. We also got a very sweet note hoping our cats liked the fountain with our order slip. Could not recommend more!”

“I bought this specifically to stop our big Bengal boy from repeatedly knocking over the fountain and leaving a huge puddle for me to clean up. Sure enough, the heavy weight of the ceramic alone has been sufficient to keep it right side up no matter how much he tries, so I'm very happy with the purchase. It also fits together very easily and the ceramic makes it look clean and tidy, which is always nice.
My only gripes are that the 75% water level light never turns on even when the basin is full, which while not a big deal as the other read outs seem accurate is an odd bug nonetheless, and that pets can accidentally change the settings since the touch-based UI is exposed on top of the pump. Would maybe recommend adding a lock switch to avoid this. Other than that, I'm thrilled to have the old fountain in the bin and this replacing it. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a clean sturdy alternative.”

“The fussy cat fountain is great. Both my cats and my dog don't nearly drink enough, and with this set on motion activated, every time they pass they double back and have a drink.
The product feels very well designed. Sturdy and strong materials. Very easy to clean the plate they drink from as it can be removed and washed under the tap.
The actual water storage area can get heavy when filled but you can easily scoop some of the water out.
It charges pretty quickly and ran for 3 days unplugged on the motion activated setting. This unit is also in front of my fridge so it's activated quite a lot even by myself.
I highly recommend the product not just because it's a well made little piece of kit, but also for the customer support. I had a minor issue that was my own fault and Dave replied very quickly with the solution.
