“The chocolates are absolutely amazing, packaging is high quality...etc. Delivery service was also fast and reliable. The only thing that needs improving is the ordering process. I tried to submit my order via my mobile phone several times before the order (delivery and billing address) came out correct as well as my name and the recipients' name (it was a gift). There are so many glitches, I nearly gave up. It's great that the system offers 'shortcuts' ie using details of my saved card, but then it autofills the address and messes up my order, as the chocolates were not for me, it was a gift that needed sending elsewhere, not to my personal address. So then I had to change the details, yet it still proceeded with the wrong one. Then I needed to cancel the order and start again. Please improve this process, as it can cause frustration for the customers and it's wasting time (which we often don't have). Once I submitted the addresses, the billing addresses defaulted to the delivery one, which again wasn't great, as the gift was for a friend and I didn't want them to get the bill too.”

“These fabulous chocolates I bought as a Thank You to a lovely next door neighbour. She was over the moon. The presentation was great and was a beautiful choice. Variety was good and for handmade chocolates, very affordable. Different to anything you buy on the high street, you also are supporting a small family, UK based company. Absolutely no negatives here.”

“Chocolates were excellent but let down by packing and packaging. When I opened the box containing this selection (and two others) it had been placed upside down and no seal on lid so when I lifted it out the top came off and chocolates spilled out.”
