Would you recommend this product for any particular occasion or type of person? Anybody that loves a good box of chocolates.
Lovely box of chocolates. Wouldn’t necessarily buy again as was quite pricey. Husband seems to have really enjoyed them who was the receiver of the gift and that was the main thing.

Hi Julia, Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We’re glad the box was enjoyed, but we’re sorry you felt the price was high. We are a small independant Chocolate firm that uses the best Ingredients, so the Chocolates are higher in price than the standard Supermarket ones, But im sure you will agree they are worth it. Would you recommend this product for any particular occasion or type of person? I would recommend the chocolates but warn about delivery.
The chocolates are good but the delivery was poor. The Royal Mail employee claimed to have tried to deliver the chocolates on two separate occasions and that there was nobody at home. This was untrue as I was at home on both those days. No card was left to say that the delivery had been attempted. When I rang your reception to complain about the lack of delivery I was told that you do not leave a card when the order is of a high value. If this is so how are we to know that two so-called deliveries failed ? I didn`t find your receptionist very sympathetic - efficient yes but lacking warmth.

Hi Joan, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear about the delivery issues you experienced and the impression you were given by our Reception. That isn’t the standard we aim for, and I can understand how frustrating it must have been. The cards stating failed Delivery are issued by Royal Mail, unfortunatley Friars have no input on this.
