“My wife celebrated a milestone birthday on the 20/08/22 and I ordered a box of Violet Creams ,her favourite for the occasion . Sadly,due to the incompetence of the Post Office the initial order arrived in a delayed and melted condition, Having reported this to Friars,She was sent a replacement box which arrived a day later. The contents were beautiful and much appreciated. Thankyou .”

“While the filler is perfect, suddenly the rose on top has been diluted to a few sprinkles. Not the same thing at all. Really disappointed, especially as we have buying these chocolates for many years.”

Thanks for your review, Sorry you were disappointed with the decoration on the chocolates, unfortunatly the chocolatier was having difficulty sourcing the rose petals. We will pass on your feed back. Kinda Regards Friars Customer Service

“Probably the best choc gingers I've ever had. Lovely and with a lot of ginger, no stringy bits. I ate them all in one go, I'm afraid, couldn't resist. The price is just a bit too high and so will maybe be a very occasional treat. If a bit less expensive I'd give 5 stars.”
