“The chocolates are nice but the courier is absolutely terrible. I paid extra for next day delivery but missed them because they emailed me the estimated delivery times after they'd already attempted the delivery. I rescheduled for next day delivery but they didn't come. I emailed them and got no reply. 13 days after the original delivery date they finally arrived but were delivered to my next door neighbour even though I was in. I know they didn't try to knock my door because I heard them knocking nextdoor and my security camera clearly shows them going directly there.”
