“I like a traditional rum truffle. I do enjoy a dark rum on occasion. These were a bit light in the rum department for my liking but flavoursome nonetheless.”

Hi We deliberatley make the rum a subtle flavouring so its not overpowering the Smooth tasty hand Chocolate. we are delighted you enjoyed them.

Hi Suzanne, We’re really sorry to hear the Rum Chocolate Truffles tasted overly sweet and a little synthetic. That isn’t what we want for our chocolates. The rum flavour should is subtle to marry with the creamy chocolate. Maybie this is just down to personal taste. Kind regards, Team Friars.co.uk
