Was there anything unique about your experience? (e.g., survived hot weather, fast delivery, special packaging) All safely packed in a cardboard box. All perfect

Would you recommend this product for any particular occasion or type of person? Anyone!

“This might be the most delicious Easter egg I've ever bought! For my husband! I couldn't stop helping myself though! We had a lovely holiday for his 70th in Keswick two years ago and spent a whole (wet) afternoon in Friars browsing. So as a treat I ordered him this Easter egg. But I couldn't stop secretly snapping off little bits! It's not just the taste but the nobbly texture! Heaven!”

What did you enjoy most about this product? (flavour, texture, packaging, delivery, etc.) The external design was nice. Unfortunately it was badly packaged for something sent by mail, so it had fallen apart in the box as it wasn't padded.

“I love Friars normally but this was really sickly. It seemed about 100% sweeter than it needed to be, and the caramel was more like bits of toffee. It tasted cheap, like the cheapest supermarket chocolate. Milk chocolate doesn't have to be sickly and sweet. I can imagine a small child might like this - tastes a bit like Kinder Egg - but I bought it as an Easter surprise for my husband, who likes your brand, and he couldn't finish it. I had some Melt London caramel chocolate in the house and when we compared the taste of the two, I have to be honest - the difference was overwhelming. Sickly sweet. Please don't assume that sweeter means better - in a world where people are gradually weaning them off sickly sweet stuff!!”
