“wow, very strong indeed for us, just needed to be aware the cherries have stones in them, found out when i heard a crack when my brother chewed one.”

“As a youngster we (my family - mum, dad, and sister) used to visit a rather wonderful local sweet shop. They sold gourmet sweets, rather than what I would call ‘bog standard’ sweets that you might commonly find in many shops today. I’m now in my 40’s and said sweet shop has long since moved on. All of this has relevance, I promise. Anyway, one of the sweet treats my father loved was the cherry liqueur chocolates they sold. For many years I have tried to find something similar to (or as good as) those we used to buy from that shop. We’ve tried many different cherry liqueurs along that journey, none of which have come even close to the quality we once knew… that is until I stumbled across Friars!! I bought a few packs for my father for Christmas and he loved them, as did I. Bravo, Friars. These cherry liqueurs are splendid. I’m so pleased to have found them and will certainly return for more.”
