“we only opened the egg yesterday. Although the chocolate was of excellent quality the egg itself and the little duck were damaged, the outside packaging of the egg showed no sign of damage , neither did the outer packaging which seemed more than adequate with plenty of soft internal packaging, I can only assume that the damage occurred upon packaging the egg upon manufacture. Great quality chocolate, but giving a smashed egg kind of took the magic away I hope this helps”

Hi Michael, Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that the egg was damaged when you opened the packaging. It may be there was a hairline crack in it which we missed when the product was being packaged, we will pass this information on to the relevant team.
