What did you enjoy most about this product? (flavour, texture, packaging, delivery, etc.) Everything. Flavour was delicious, arrived quickly in good condition 👍

Was there anything unique about your experience? (e.g., survived hot weather, fast delivery, special packaging) Taster packs are ideal. Can buy a lot of different flavours at a good price.

Would you recommend this product for any particular occasion or type of person? For any occasion, anyone who likes a chocolate fondant cream

“Absolutely delicious best Violet Creams I've bought. Got a box of Rose and Violet Creams from John Lewis at £30 and couldn't tell one flavour from the other. FRIARS have definite Violet flavour and enrobed with lovely chocolate. SIMPLY THE BEST”

What did you enjoy most about this product? (flavour, texture, packaging, delivery, etc.) Only 2 of the violet creams were normal creamy texture. 4 were hard sugar/ like texture coconut ice

“I complained about hit and miss quality in small packet of violet creams . As customers of 2 years our family can recognise that some chocolates in batch were definitely odd. The complaint was dismissed by ‘ sales team’ and a second email restating my complaint has been ignored . NOT good customer service at all Friars.”
