“I just wanted to make you aware that I am a first time customer and the cherry bakewell chocolates arrived squashed but the other chocolates were undamaged. I think the packaging was not adequate - just a flat box with one sheet of paper over the chocolates. As they were for our personal consumption the fact they were damaged and were going to be eaten didn't matter other than the presentation, but they would not have been good enough had I been gifting them to someone.”

“Tasted great says my husband, he loved them. The chocolates didn't enjoy the heat unfortunately so weren't as pretty arriving as they were when they left”
