First, we tackled Mua Caves—a steep but satisfying climb rewarded by panoramic views of endless rice paddies. Then we explored the historic Hoa Lu Citadel, learning about Vietnam’s past through Linh’s amazing storytelling. After a hearty lunch, we hopped onto a small rowboat at Trang An and glided through dark caves and lush waterways.
