My parents especially enjoyed the peaceful moments at the pagoda and were amazed at how much of ancient Hanoi is still preserved. Tam even helped us pick out traditional souvenirs and explained their meaning. The walk was well-paced, and the coffee stop gave us a nice break to chat with locals.
