“Our tour guide Kaew and driver (sorry I forgot his name) are amazing! I have to say I was a little low spirited before the tour because I arrived after midnight the day before, was still severely jet-lagged, and was not used to the heat in Bangkok in June. Kaew made this day trip utterly smooth and enjoyable in spite of all of that. We were picked up from the hotel and got into a car with awesome amenity (cooler with water, sanitizing supply, reclied chair that you can lie down flat!).
Kaew made sure we visit each place at a good time. We visited the railway market in the morning while it was not too crowded. Got some fresh fruit there. The Mangosteen were one of the best I have ever had. I also see many local people shopping there.
Kaew is also very mindful of the religious traditions while we visit the temples, and shared details about culture and history. She took so many beautiful photos for us!
The schedule is very much catered to our needs. At each stop, we were offered many options for food/snacks, but we were never presured to have anything. We had a late lunch at the end of the trip instead of eating at the floating market because we were just not feeing that hungry at noon, and Kaew happily offered alternative choices that are also very delicious. I enjoyed the rice soup at the floating market and the boat ride. There are lots of snacks and shopping opporutunities on the water. Kaew took care of all the ordering with vendors, making the best choices for us with considerations of our preferences (we don't eat spicy food). We enjoyed every dish. Kaew also offers various drinks to keep us hydrated.
Our drive is also very experienced and nice. The whole ride was smooth. We never needed to wait for more than a couple minutes to get into the car. There were plenty of restroom stops throughout the day. Finally, I appreciate how down-to-earth, warm-hearted and genuine Kaew is. I'd recommend her to anybody!”
“Amazing day! My boyfriend booked this tour for us and it exceeded our expectation. I have to say I was not in the best state as I just landed the day before after midnight and was seriously jet-legged and not adjusted to the heat in June here. However, I 'd give this tour 10 stars if I can. Kaew is an amazing guide. We visited the railway market early in the morning which is great to avoid the crowd and heat. She is very attentive to our needs, noticing that I'm feeling uncomfortable in the humid heat, she would get cooling drinks for me that helped a ton, and took care of us the whole way. Food is all included in the package so no need to get your wallet out. They try to make sure you get to all the places at good times, but never rushed. For example, we were not hungry at lunch time at the market, so Kaew adjusted our itinerary so we have our lunch later. She always offers a few options for food and takes care of all the ordering with the vendors (knowing we don't eat spicy). There's no pressure to buy or eat anything we don't want. Our driver is also always timely there whenever we are ready to leave. We would not need to wait in the heat for more than a couple of minutes. The van ride was so comfortable with slidback chairs and water in cooler. At the floating market, I noticed not every boat has umbrella but ours did, which helped immensely in the midday heat. Kaew just makes the best choices for you. The boat ride was very enjoyable with many opportunities to shop for souvenirs and snacks. They also provide plenty of bathroom stops along the day. Kaew also took so many great pictures of us! Great start of our Thailand trip. I appreciated the down-to-earth genuine and warm-hearted vide.”
