“Bangkok was our last stop on an 11-day cruise, and we were daunted by all the things that we might be able to see in such a large city. This tour was a great solution for us, as we didn't have to plan where to go and figure out how much time to stay - and we had only one day. Forever Vacations was great to work with as we needed to make some adjustments to the tour timing - we were debarking the ship around 830am and it would take us 2 hours to get to our Bangkok hotel from the cruise port, so couldn't start until around 11am. Our tour guide (and photographer) Chaiya messaged us on What's App to let us know when he arrived at our hotel lobby and that we could come down to meet him when we were ready.
We started in Chinatown - walking around the shops and food carts, and through the markets was a whirlwind, so we were thankful to have Chaiya guide us. We stopped at a coffee cart and Chaiya got us a Thai tea and coffee to drink. He took my phone and held my purse most of the day so that he could get great pictures of us everywhere we went. We visited 4 temples - one of which was off the itinerary, and Chaiya let us know it is his favorite because it is so beautiful and usually not as busy with tourists. We still do not know how he got some of our pictures to look like no one else was there but us. In each place, Chaiya had us walk away from him and towards him, or told us to lean in or "fly" our arms to get some great energy from us. Even though some of it felt silly, it is amazing how natural our smiles and posture was in those pictures!
Chaiya overheard that we enjoy trying local beers, so he offered to take us somewhere local for beers and an afternoon snack instead of a coffee cafe. He seemed to know just what would make us happy. We also learned that Thai people put ice cubes in their beer - which we found to be very refreshing in the nearly 90-degree temperatures that day.
All in all, it was a really great day. The driver was always close by for when we finished with each sight, and they provided bottles of water to beat the heat and dehydration. I would book a tour like this again with Forever Vacations. AND, I would even book this exact tour again in Bangkok and just ask for an itinerary with sights we didn't get to see this time around - because there is so much more to see in Bangkok!”

“We had a 9hr in Bangkok and didn’t get to do the must sees - after some research I reached out to ForeverVacation and asked them to custom build an itinerary based around our arrival from Krabi till our departure that evening. After a little bit of negotiating they came up with an itinerary at a price that was perfect! Our guide Chaiya was punctual, the van took 4 passengers and their luggage and the driver was super friendly. We got to see some amazing temples, ate at a cool “locals” restaurant (bring an open mind and empty tummy) and got dropped back to the airport in plenty of time for our flight! We weren’t rushed and Chaiya took some amazing photographs! If you have a layover - reach out to them! They’ll provide a perfect itinerary for you!”
“My brother and I recently completed this tour in November 2023. We had a great experience. The private tour was so great and they even took our suitcases and dropped us off at our next hotel. Our guide Chaiya was great. He had the agenda planned well including a vegetarian restaurant for my brother for lunch and a nice ice cream spot. We saw so many beautiful temples and not to mention there were no people at them which made it all the better. Our guide took so many photos and videos i think i had almost 500!
