“I was traveling solo for a few days before my friends were coming in, so I opted to do this tour. I previously did the best Instagram tour and had a great time. This tour was just as wonderful.
I got Jay as my tour guide and he was perfect because he knew a lot about the culture and traditions of Bali. Learning about the history of the things I was seeing really added value for me.
Jay was accommodating and was even willing to take me places that were not on this list (of course it would be out of my own dime). I didn't take his offer because I was tired from the previous day, but looking back, I should have.
I'm sort of a foodie, so my favorite part of this tour was when Jay took me out to have babi guling (suckling pig) for lunch. Babi guling is an exclusive Bali dish and I think it was one of my favorite meals I had on this entire trip. I would not shut up about it when I met up with my friends.
