We have not regretted that decision. Ben and Janie opened a group for us on WhatsApp where we could ask any questions we had, Even before booking. As soon as we booked, they organized everything very quickly. We got detailed intenerary and the guides and drivers were all invited to the group also, which made it easy to stay in touch. The guides/drivers were superfriendly and so professional. They took pictures of us from the get-go, all of which were sent to the WhatsApp group. The drive around Nusa penida was also great! “The trip went perfectly! The entire team was on-time, professional and super nice. We got to see both dolphins and mantas. Our snorkeling captain got us as close to the mantas as possible and we swam with them for an hour plus. The team communicated with us every step of the way via WhatsApp. Ben and Jamie run a wonderful operation and the crew was charming and all about our experience. As soon as we booked it Ben and Janie contacted us on whatsapp and created a group with all the guides and drivers who would be taking us around. They sent a detailed itinerary and answered all questions that we had.All the guides were timely, super friendly and helpful. We had our own private cars as well as our private boat for snorkelling. This is definitely the tour to go with for excellent service!
If you do take this trip however, I highly advise skipping Billabong/Broken beach and going to Tembeling Natural Pools. Tembeling was a movie like adventure and probably the best thing you can do in Nusa Penida.”
