“Although we were off in quite a rocky start because the driver was late in picking us up, what stopped us from making a fuss is communication from the company. Some unexpected moments will definitely spring up in every vacation but what we appreciated is they kept in touch and they acted right away because of the setback. Still, We arrived at the port right on time and from there it went smoothly. Snorkeling with the manta rays is definitely the highlight of our trip. Our boat driver, Komang was just as excited as we were when we saw there were so many Mantas. His energy was infectious so we had a blast! My husband was clearly happy too as well and that was important to me since it was his birthday :) The land tour was well organized as well and timed and our driver Robert really knows how to work the camera and where to take the best pictures. All in all, it was a great trip to remember and we will definitely take a tour with them again when we come back in Bali!”

We were a little disappointed you can’t actually go down on to the beaches in the second part of the tour; it was just for a photo which we weren’t too fussed about personally. The driving between view points on the island was long for a short photo opportunity. Saying this, the driver knew where to take the best photos and took lots on his phone and ours. Communication through WhatsApp was very efficient and all the photos are shared with you. A fantastic company if you’re looking for a tour in Nusa Panida. Victor was a brilliant driver to and from the port - he taught us lots about Bali and entertained us on the journey.”

“So awesome to be able to see manta rays.. though it’s based largely on chance, the boat master was surely friendly and enthusiastic. Our hotel pick up was punctual and a pleasure to have he was. Guide on penida was sincere and what a great photographer he was :). This is the first tour that I had such detailed communication from the organisation to the Drivers and guides. The WhatsApp chat group style of organisation made it feel more personalised and in contact at every point of the journey. Would recommend this 100%. Way to go forvever vacation!

“TL;DR: An experience we will never forget and can’t recommend enough!It’s almost too hard to put into words how great this experience was, but I’ll try! Firstly, the communication before and during the day was phenomenal. We had a bit of an issue with our travel dates and they were very accommodating and were able to change the date we originally booked in. Leading up to the day, we were sent in depth details of the itinerary and what we needed to bring, etc. Any questions we had were answered instantly.”
