“The trip went perfectly! The entire team was on-time, professional and super nice. We got to see both dolphins and mantas. Our snorkeling captain got us as close to the mantas as possible and we swam with them for an hour plus. The team communicated with us every step of the way via WhatsApp. Ben and Jamie run a wonderful operation and the crew was charming and all about our experience. They sent a detailed itinerary and answered all questions that we had.All the guides were timely, super friendly and helpful. We had our own private cars as well as our private boat for snorkelling. This is definitely the tour to go with for excellent service!
If you do take this trip however, I highly advise skipping Billabong/Broken beach and going to Tembeling Natural Pools. Tembeling was a movie like adventure and probably the best thing you can do in Nusa Penida.”

“From first contact, the staff is friendly, helpful and opened. They proposed to create a common chat group (WhatsApp in our case) which proved very practical and even fun.
Transportation was provided from and to our hotel. Punctual and friendly. Our schedule was customized to our liking and needs. Initially a shared speed boat to Nusa Penida, and from there a private boat for us as requested.
We were taken to our main interest first, which was to spot wild manta rays. Sadly despite being common sigh there, we didn’t have luck. Yet, we knew it was a possibility, since we were dealing with wildlife.
After that we continued to try our luck in other spots, but it wasn’t the day. Anyways our captain Komang did his best and we appreciate it. Apart from mantas we were also in for the underwater beauty, and we got plenty of that. We were take to see different snorkeling spots and saw marine life from small to big fish and nice coral formations.
After that we were taken for the on land part of the tour, which included a lunch stop in a local restaurant, then to a couple of scenic beaches. Totally worth it!
I’d suggest for the boat tour part to take a seasickness pill. I’ve never suffer from this, but this time it bothered me a little. Also, bring appropriate shoes, since sandals can be inappropriate for the on land part. It has some steep descents and climbs on dirt and rocks, and you’ll be much better, quicker and safer with shoes.”
