I had booked this tour last minute and they did a great job at accommodating me since I was doing it solo. They worked with me to make this tour as comfortable as possible. The pick up from the hotel was timely if not early which was great! Very was quick to answer all my questions and stayed with me until I boarded the speed boat. Gede had an ice cold bottled water ready for me at pick up and guided me to Komang. Komang was the best boat captain, he helped me through the process of snorkeling and was patient with me while I splashed around. Gede did an awesome land tour and was quick to take pictures for me and send them on WhatsApp. We chatted about everything which made this trip comfortable. I loved the service from beginning to end. I just want to thank personally Janie, Ben, Very, Gede, and Komang for making this happened.”
