“TL;DR: An experience we will never forget and cant recommend enough!Its almost too hard to put into words how great this experience was, but Ill try! Firstly, the communication before and during the day was phenomenal. We had a bit of an issue with our travel dates and they were very accommodating and were able to change the date we originally booked in. Leading up to the day, we were sent in depth details of the itinerary and what we needed to bring, etc. Any questions we had were answered instantly. On the day, everything went so smoothly - incredibly smoothly! It was ALL organised for us, which is such a relief after we saw the chaos that is Sanur Port. Our first driver that took us from our accommodation to the port organised our ferry tickets so we didnt have to fight with the crowd or try to figure out where to go. We were able to grab some food and a coffee while he did all that for us. He advised us where we needed to go at every point. Getting off the ferry is also mayhem but we quickly found our next guide who took us to the boat that would take us snorkelling. Our guide on the boat was so lovely! We saw two or three manta rays and he was always pointing out where they were so we didnt miss out. We had an amazing time!Next was the land tour so we made our way back to the port and our next guide - wow. He was the most caring and thoughtful person we met on our whole trip. My partner had accidentally dropped his phone in the water so while we were eating lunch, he asked the staff for a bag of rice and put the phone in there, in the sun - all without us asking for anything whatsoever! We got to Kelingking Beach and we wanted to walk all the way to the bottom (if you dont know, this is NOT for the faint-hearted...). Even though we had another stop on the itinerary, he was more than happy for us to change it so we had time to walk down. Then, very unexpectedly, he walked down with us!! To make sure we were safe! This was no little task and he even carried our towels for us! Unfortunately, my partner ended up tearing his MCL at the beach so when we finally got back to the top and in the car, our guide massaged his knee! Then on the way back to the port, he tried stopping at different local shops to ask for ice! We were absolutely blown away by how he went out of his way to help! Overall, this experience will never leave us. Every place we went to, all the people we met, was truly magical. We had a WhatsApp group created by the organisers were all our guides communicated with us, took photos of us and shared them, it was more than perfect! I could not recommend this more!!”
“Most impressed by this tour and the company. Others have stated and its worth reiterating - its seamless support. Do not be alarmed by being passed between reps. Its worth it and each team member looks after you. Shout out to Verry, Komang and Wijana who were our support.Ok, so you go on one of the generic boats across to the island, but thats the only time you are on your own and the team drop and pick you up really well. After that, its a private tour.We didnt see manta rays, but each snorkelling session was unique in its own way and once off the boat you are whisked to the lunch stop where you can shower and change (yes!). Our driver then drove us around, navigating the narrow lanes around the island and then ensured we got the best pictures from the best spots.What more to say? Communication is quick and continuous throughout via WhatsApp and pictures are sent to you within minutes. Its worth it.”
“We had an amazing experience doing a full day tour of snorkeling and land tour of Penida island. We saw 5 manta rays and tons of coral, fish, and jellyfish. The sights on the lands are unreal. They had great communication and the logistics were very well planned, definitely recommended!”
“From the moment we booked our Nusa penida snorkeling adventure - online communication was excellent. All staff were superb from our drivers (Tri & Komang) to our excellent tour guide whilst on the island (Dharma) - we couldnt of asked for better. “Everything was wonderful from beginning to the end. The tour was very organized. Janie messaged me right away through WhatsApp to give us details about our day. There was a group message so once we left the boat dock our guide was ready to greet us and take us snorkeling. He was very kind and helpful. We even saw two huge mantas and swam with them! Thank you Kmg Sudiarta. Gede Wijana was our guide once we were on Nusa Penida. He was very helpful and a very good driver despite the roads being tiny. We felt very safe. He was also a very good photographer; even climbing trees so we can look photogenic! Once we got back Marul Amar greeted us with a warm smiled. We made it back in time to our hotel just as they said and were ready for dinner and a nice long restful sleep. Thank you everyone!”
“Had a great day and well organised. A driver picked us up from our hotel to take us to the port and then made sure another driver met us on the island. Just note that there is no jetty main island and could be tricky getting in/off boat in water if you have mobility issues. Also upload WhatsApp before going to Bali as they communicate via this app. Our driver kindly took pics all throughout the tour of the Island and we received them via WhatsApp. Saw plenty of colourful fish whilst snorkling and saw amazing views whilst being driven aroind the Island. “I booked this trip at 01:00 in the night through Tripadvisor (Please book it on the tripadvisor website, because the app doesn't work) After 2 minutes i was added to a whatsapp group with all the drivers and greetings from the organisation. It was easy to chat with them and I send a location for the pickup at the guest house in Canggu. I was pleased that they responded quickly and they answered all of my concerns/questions. The next day they send me the schedule of the day trip.On the trip day they were right on time. Me and my friend were suprised. It was a private pickup, so we had the car for ourself. Erwin the driver spoke very good English and he was helpful with our questions. Within 80 minutes we arrived at Sanur. We got our tickets and Erwin guide/help you to the boat. There is no pier, so you have to walk with your slippers/old shoes through the water. The boat ride was ok to Nusa Penida. At Nusa there was a sign with my name on it and a contact person brought us to the boat (attention: please bring bottle of water with you, this is at that point not provided by the organisation). On the snorkling boat we met other people who travels with this trip. It was a fast speed boat, A bit bumpy sea, please hold on! Snorkling was nice, we didn't see the manta, but we say dolphins and turtles and big fishes. Please pay attention while snorkling. At the snorkling sites there are a lot of organisations with their own boats, After snorkling we were pickup by another private driver and he brought us for the lunch. You can order from the menu (for example fried rice or french fries with chicken) Enough choices for foods and drinks. After lunch he brought us to Kellingking beach. the famous instagram place. It was packed with tourist, but he guided us to a quiet place to make pictures. He was willing to take pictures of us and that was nice! The stairs to the beach is a bit of Mission impossible. Please check youtube for the video's! We didn't go downstairs. Only like 40 stairs and that was already hard with the heat. If you still want to do it. Please wear good shoes, bring lots of water/sunscreen and a cap. And you have to be in good shape/ condition. After this beach we went to other beaches and made a lot of pictures. Nusa penida is a beautiful island, but the roads are HELL! Some roads are ok, but some are not finished yet. With a car it was bumpy like a rollercoaster. I would not recommend riding a scooter. Unless you are the yoda of riding a scooter. we saw some accidents and the roads are narrow. After the awesome day our driver brought us back to the harbour and we took the boat back to Sanur. All the people in the boat were sleeping! At Sanur, Erwin was waiting for us and brought us back to Canggu. When I entered my room, there was message from the organisation how my day was en send us also some pictures that the drivers took.ForeverVacation is highly recommended with a good price/value. I had an awesome day! And a lot of pictures!+ points+Whatsapp group for pictures/ questions+drivers spoke Excellent English and were helpfull and most important on time at pickup+drivers also make pictures for you and our driver even climbed in a tree for the pictures+ food was good and enough choices-Improvement- one improvement, to provide a bottle of water before going snorklingThings to know:Be in good condition while doing this tripIf you do not like VERY bumpy roads, don't go to the islandKellngking beach stairs is a mission impossible (take at least 1 to 2 hours to get down to the beach) Beach is awesome. I only saw it on youtube;)”
