We went on three tours and they were all customized to what we would like to do.We chat through Whats App which has the driver also in the group which makes everything easier and a lot more organised.The driver texts the day before and lets you know the time he will be there as well as the organizer gives you a complete schedule for the day. Not once was the driver late. You can request Tri who will also take your photos for you.The tours itself are fantastic! it's a private tour so no waiting around for anybody and everything is on your own time which I loved. Even when you swim with the Mantas the boat you go over in is private‚ which made fantastic for both my partner and I.After I have returned home we still keep in contact with the owners as they are lovely and when we return we will do another tour. From here on out I would never tour with anybody else they are beyond amazing”

“Booked one day tour from the viator.com prior to arriving to Bali. Everything from the moment of the booking until the end of the tour worked very smoothly. Guys were in a constant touch via WhatsApp. The driver Tri was very good. He also took photos of you and the team sent them to you via WhatsApp. Visited places were amazing and the tour is one of the most memorable things from my visit to Bali. Highly recommended!”
