This was so important, as I tried communicating with other providers, and they either did not reply or give enough information. If you have WhatsApp, they also set up a group chat with your tour guide and transportation liason.• Super nice our guide - our tour guide Jana was super knowledgeable and even offered to carry my heavy backpack for me down the tricky steps at Diamond Beach. • Thorough itinerary - after booking, they send you an itinerary that includes times and locations of everything that will happen on the day• We were staying on Nusa Lembongan, and they could arrange pick-up and drop off for us• We got to see the spots we wanted to see on both sides of Nusa Penida, whereas a lot of other tours are restricted to one side of the island, or require two days to do both sides.Overall highly recommended!”

“These guys were awesome to work with!! They checked in on us on the days leading up, well organized and the driver was fantastic. He took great pictures and was so informative. We were extremely jet lagged and after the first trek down to diamond beach did not want to hike much more so he was able to help us change our plans and take us to a beach to snorkel and relax. I would Highly Recommend them.”
