Organic tomato powder is a really versatile ingredient and a great one to have in your cooking arsenal.
It is made from 100% organic tomatoes and contains no preservatives, caking agents or colourings.
It can be used in many ways including DIY organic tomato ketchup, sauces, dips, soup, bloody mary's. Adding this product into tomato based stews and pasta dishes really intensifies that delicious tomato flavour.
We like to mix this with organic garlic powder, organic onion powder, salt and pepper to use as seasoning.
As tomato powder is hygroscopic it will absorb moisture and so may form clumps.
