Our Organic Sumatra coffee beans are Fairtrade and single origin. They are sourced from multiple cooperatives in Gayo Megah Berseri and Koperasi Permata Gayo. People in this area were resettled here by the Indonesian transmigration program. More than 2/3 of the inhabitants are originally from Java and some from Aceh. Agriculture is the main source of income for these people. The cooperative has 554 members, of which 211 are women.
This premium coffee is distinct with heavy flavour notes with a rich creamy body that cannot be rivalled by any other origin.
