Organic chopped dates are made by chopping organic Aseel dates and then coating them in organic rice flour to stop them all sticking together.
They are an excellent all rounder for all sorts of baking. You can use them sprinkled on porridge, in smoothies and muesli.
A really common way to use this product is date bars. These are really easy to make and you can add all sorts of other Forest Whole Foods organic ingredients such as organic dried fruits, organic dried nuts and organic superfood powders.
Our dates have a lovely sweet taste and rich flavour.
