Organic Jumbo Oats contain Beta-Glucans.
Organic Jumbo Oats are seriously versatile - a true whole food staple. Oats are most commonly used for making warming porridge but they can be used for so many things; oats make a great crumble topping, creamy face mask, rich milky bath or crumbly biscuit!

The common oat is a species of cereal grain which is high in beta-glucans.  You may already know that porridge oats are a source of beta-glucans, but do you know what they do?  Consumption of beta-glucans from oats as part of a meal contributes to the reduction of the blood glucose rise after that meal (this is why porridge keeps you going).

Keeping less than 5kg in stock doesn't make sense when you are a porridge fanatic.  We love making muesli with oats, roughly chopped nuts, seeds and mixed vine fruit.

If you want to try something new with your oats then have a go at this tried and tested vegan and gluten free granola bar recipe or this decadent chocolate granola recipe.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Packaging, Misleading Branding, and Subpar Product Quality I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this product has been deeply disappointing from start to finish. The first issue was the packaging. The item arrived in a severely damaged box that was far too large for the contents and completely unsuitable for the weight and nature of the product. As someone who regularly receives sacks of flour from mills, I know how bulk items like this can and should be packaged for both quality and ease of transportation. In this case, the sack was simply wrapped in metres of plastic wrap and placed in a flimsy oversized box. The result was a package that collapsed when moved and was difficult to handle—not to mention the excessive and unnecessary plastic use, which goes against environmentally friendly practices. What’s more frustrating is the misleading product listing. I believed I was ordering Organic Jumbo Oats from Forest Whole Foods, but the product I received was from Morning Foods—a completely different brand that is not clearly affiliated with the Soil Association. This raises serious questions about the organic certification and transparency of the seller. If I had known this switch in brand would occur, I absolutely would not have placed the order. As for the oats themselves: the quality is poor. They are not the large, wholesome jumbo oats one would expect—even from a supermarket. Instead, they are small, broken, and dusty. I am not at all convinced these are true jumbo oats. To be frank, this entire experience—from misleading branding to poor product quality and careless packaging—has left a bad impression. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
