Organic wholemeal flour makes perfect hearty loaves.
Organic wholemeal flour is a high fibre alternative to white flour.  When wholemeal flour is made the whole grain is ground down which includes the wholesome wheat germ.  Wholemeal flour contains more nutrients and fibre than white flour and is a more wholesome option.  If you enjoy baking cakes then wholemeal flour makes denser, flavoursome bakes.  It goes particularly well in banana cake and muffins.

If you enjoy traditional light bakes like a traditional Victoria sponge try our organic white cake flour.

We love baking bread and wholemeal is a great option. You can combine it with ancient grain flours such as Khorasan flour, organic Einkorn flour or Emmer flour for a nutritious loaf.

We stock a full range of organic flours here.
