Organic Strong White Bread Flour makes a perfect, light loaf.
Our Organic Strong White Bread Flour is a staple classic for any baker.  If you enjoy experimenting with wholegrain and malted flours,  once in a while you probably crave the comforting texture of white flour.  There is no doubt that white flour offers the softest loaf and most reliable results. This bread flour is a great for both novice bakers because it is easy to use and rises well.

Ingredients: Organic White Wheat Flour (calcium carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Folic Acid & Thiamin)
Origin: UK, Turkey, Romania, Germany, Canada
Allergen Information: May contain traces of sesame, soya, mustard, celery, peanuts and tree nuts(such as cashew, almonds, hazelnut, brazil, macadamia, pistachio, pine, walnuts, pecans).

Contains cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, rye, spelt, oats, khorasan, barley, einkorn, emmer)
