Organic Paprika is bright and pungent.
Organic Paprika is made from ground sweet and hot dried peppers.  It is a delicious spice most well known for its use in European cooking.  It adds warmth without being too spicy compared to cayenne and chilli powders.

The nutritional content of paprika is amazing, it boasts high levels of a huge range of vitamins and minerals.  Peppers are one of the more heavily sprayed crops when it comes to pesticides so choosing organic is particularly important.

Paprika is a national spice in Hungary and it is traditionally used in Goulash and Paprikash.  Hungarian cooking often features a porridge-like dish called Kasha made with buckwheat, this can be sweet or savoury and often includes a generous sprinkle of paprika.

If you prefer smokey flavours in your dishes then try our organic smoked paprika.

Lovely organic paprika, especially useful if ones eaten all ones peppers and none are available from a store nearby! Great in dressings, sauce, as a salad sprinkle and many different options, giving a little red flare to a meal!
