Organic Mixed Vine Fruit (raisins, sultanas and currants) are a great way to get variety.
Organic Mixed Vine Fruit (raisins, sultanas and currants) are a useful way to get a combination of all three of these fabulous vine fruits.

Have you ever wondered what the difference between raisins, sultanas and currents actually is?  The truth is there is not a great deal of difference.  Raisins and sultanas are both sweet dried fruit that come from vine-grown grapes but they have different drying processes.

Currants are actually a tiny variety of grape - just to be confusing!  The good news is with this mix you don't have to make the mind-crumbling decision about which is best.

Organic Mixed Vine Fruit is a source of potassium, iron, copper and manganese.  If you want to add some natural sweetness to baking recipes or porridge then this is a great mix to try.  They also go really well in granola bar recipes.

Ingredients: Organic currants, organic thompson raisins, organic sultanas, organic sunflower oil.

Origin: UK

Allergen Information: Packed on premises that handle gluten, tree nuts, sesame, soya, peanuts, celery, mustard
