Organic Adzuki Beans are great sprouted.
Organic adzuki beans (red mung beans) are high in vegetarian protein so are great in stews and curries instead of meat. Then these are very rewarding little sprouts which grow easily and quickly for salads, garnishes, and grain bowls.

If you’ve ever searched for an adzuki bean that cooks quickly and works for both savory and sweet recipes, this one ticks all the boxes.

Organic adzuki beans only require 1-2 hours of soaking before they are ready to cook. This makes them more convenient than other bean varieties, which need 8-12 hours of soaking.

They are known to be the most 'yang' or warming of the bean family in Asian cultures. In East Asian cuisine, adzuki beans are often sweetened and blended into red bean paste for use in desserts.  These tasty beans are high in Folate and a source of Phosphorus, Potassium, Copper and Manganese (per 70g serving)

Their dark red colour signifies their antioxidant status and they are rich in flavanoids. Adzuki beans are also high in protein, fibre, folate and manganese.
