Frutteto Italia Organic Raspberry Jam is made from handpicked, fully ripe, organic raspberries
Frutteto means ‘orchard’ in Italian as it is in the Tuscan hills near Florence that we make our healthy jams. Handpicked, fully ripe, organic raspberries are sourced mainly from our local orchards. Of artisan quality, Frutteto Italia Organic Raspberry Jam raspberry jam is cooked gently at low temperature, in small batches to preserve the fresh raspberry flavour, vitamins, minerals, fibre content and aroma. Unlike the traditional way of cooking jams and conserves, which can destroy the goodness with harsh heat.
Fresh raspberries are rich in vitamin C, manganese, dietary fibre, in B vitamins, folic acid, copper and iron. They have a high concentration of antioxidants. All the fruit used is certified organic and is rigorously tested to ensure there are no residues of pesticides or of PFAS ‘forever’ chemicals.
Ingredients: 130 organic raspberries, organic grape juice concentrate, organic lemon juice, gelling agent: fruit pectin. Made with 100g of raspberries per 100g of fruit spread. Contains naturally occurring sugars from fruit only.
