How to use:
Empty the contents of one sachet into a bowl or cup and add 1 cup (180ml) of hot water. Stir well and enjoy hot.

Ingredients: Organic white miso (63%) (water, organic whole soya beans, organic rice, sea salt), organic mirin (organic sweet rice, organic shochu [water, organic cultured rice], organic cultured rice sea salt), sea salt, organic ginger puree (3.6%), organic onion puree, kombu sea vegetable extract (1%) (water, kombu, sea salt), wakame sea vegetable (1%), organic turmeric (0.8%).
