Organic Quinoa Flakes - 500g Reviews

Read Forest Whole Foods Reviews

Organic Quinoa Flakes are a great alternative to refined cereals.
Organic Quinoa flakes are derived from whole quinoa (which is actually a seed rather than a grain).  Quinoa flakes are made by gently heating the hulled grain or seed and then rolling them flat.

These versatile flakes can be used in breads, cakes and biscuits as an alternative to traditional wheat based flours.  Quinoa flakes are nutrient rich and a great option for those looking for alternatives due to allergy or intolerance.

Quinoa is a pseudo-grain which means that although we use it as a grain it is actually a seed.   This means it is higher in nutrients and protein than most grains and makes these flakes a perfect nutritional boost to your breakfast.

We also stock a selection of organic quinoa grain.

High in fibre and source of protein

“I am 67, never been ill/in hospital, in my life. I have always been same weight (5' 10''; 9 1/2 stones), had cancer surgery Apr, completed Chemo Aug. Although, I had always eaten healthily and welI, I had to rethink my dietary habits (without getting obsessed with food), as I am losing weight. I am finding 'new' foods, that are healthy, taste good, and are convenient, (Quinoa flakes are ready, prepared to eat anytime), and it's inexpensive. Quinoa is my number one, and if other people haven't caught on, well that means there's more for me to eat.”
