Our organic freeze dried strawberry powder is made from organic, fresh, ripe strawberries. The strawberries are freeze dried when they are at their ripest to lock in and retain all the nutrition and flavour profiles. This product as per our usual high standards does not contain any preservatives or other nasties, it is organic and made with non GMO Strawberries. One kilo of this organic strawberry powder consists of 10kg organic fresh strawberries!
Our organic strawberry powder is a really versatile product and can be used in smoothies, drinks, granola, muesli, snack bars, cakes and baking and many more. Due to its vibrant colour and flavour this product works really well as a decoration in baking.
Our organic strawberry powder is bursting with nutrition. They are an excellent source of vitamin C, Manganese, Vitamin B9 and potassium. Strawberries are on the dirty dozen list as a highly sprayed crop so choosing organic is a good idea.
This product is hydroscopic which means it can absorb moisture, this can cause clumping. Clumping does not effect the overall quality of the product.
