Premium Whole Organic Cloves
Organic Whole Cloves smell simply amazing. Everyone has a smell memory attached to cloves - usually to do with baking or Christmas. We remember school Christmas services with cloves pushed into fresh oranges.
Cloves are actually buds of flowers from the Myrtaceae family which are native to Indonesia. Our cloves are dried using warm air with no other processing.
Cloves can be used for many different dishes, such as adding warmth to stews and curries, enhancing the flavor of baked goods like gingerbread and pumpkin pie, infusing spiced drinks like mulled wine and chai tea, and even bringing a rich, aromatic touch to marinades and roasted meats. You can use organic cloves for pilau rice too.
